Cementitious Screeds

Cementitious screeds/Polymer Modified Screeds are cement based.  Either trowelled as a mortar or pumped self smoothing.

Cementitious Screeds are usually laid as an underlay or leveling screeds and can be applied forming gradient to provide falls to drainage systems.  It is advised Cementitious screeds are overlaid with a coating or screed finish.
